Tony Parker will not need surgery to repair his broken hand but is still expected to be out the next six weeks, according to ESPN's Marc Stein.

Our View:This bodes well for the Spurs' chances to get Parker back in time for the playoffs, though Parker's fantasy season still seems to be over. Feel free to drop Parker at this point, as it seems unlikely he'll be logging any more games in the regular season.

Tony Parker seems likely to miss the rest of the regular season after breaking a bone in his right hand on Saturday night, according to the San Antonio Express-News. "He's got a broken hand. He'll be out six weeks," head coach Gregg Popovich said. "He did it in the first half when he dove on the floor."

Our View:Six weeks would put him out until at least mid-April, when the NBA's regular season comes to a close. You might want to wait on dropping Parker for another day or two until we get a more official diagnosis from a doctor, though the outlook clearly is not looking good. Parker could be back in time to help the Spurs in the playoffs, though his disappointing 2009-10 fantasy campaign seems to have come to a close.

Tony Parker fractured the fourth metacarpal on his right hand late in Saturday's game against Memphis, according to the San Antonio Express-News.

Our View:Parker could be out until mid-April, but the Spurs are yet to set an exact timetable for his recovery. Either way, fantasy need to scour the waiver wire for help at point guard.
