Jason Richardson came up two rebounds short of a double-double on Monday as the Suns defeated the Sixers 119-115. Richardson scored 29 points and had eight rebounds in the game.

Our View:Richardson led all scorers with hs 29 points tonight, and he was on fire from distance, making six of his eight three-point attempts. If he can continue his hot shooting, he can continue to put up big performances night in and night out.

Jason Richardson had a big game in tonight's 110-103 win at Boston, as he racked up 34 points, 10 boards, two assists and a steal. He also made 6-of-7 shots from three-point range.

Our View:Richardson collected his first double-double of the season, and also reached a single-game high in scoring. He should have a good year in his second campaign with Phoenix.

Jason Richardson returned from his two-game suspension on Sunday to score 23 points on 8-of-14 shooting. He hit four three-pointers but did little else that showed up on the stat sheet.

Our View:Expect more games like this from Richardson going forward. He averaged just 16.8 points per game last season, but should be more productive this season now that he has gone through preseason and training camp with the Suns.

TheScore.com is reporting that Suns' guard Jason Richardson has been suspended for the first two games of the 2009-2010 season after pleading guilty to driving under the influence. Richardson averaged 16.8 points per game with the Suns last season.

Our View:Richardson will miss the season opener against the Clips on October 28 and the team's home opener against the Warriors two nights later. Two games isn't a huge deal, and it shouldn't affect his fantasy stock for the upcoming season.

Our View:What a difference a game makes. Richardson missed all four of his three-point attempts en route to a season-low four points against Utah on Saturday. Against the Kings, however, albeit in another loss, he hit four of his nine attempts from beyond the arc.

Jason Richardson and the Suns fell to the Jazz in overtime by the score of 104-99, in no small part due to Richardson's total of four points in the game.

Our View:It's not like Richardson didn't play much, as he got 31 minutes of action. But he shot just 2-of-11, and missed all four of his three-point shots.

Our View:Richardson has turned it up a notch of late. Although averaging just 17.5 points for the season, he has averaged nearly 20 for the past two months.

Our View:This is the second time in three games he has eclipsed 30 points. He has been inconsistent, but is performing well lately. Ride him while he's hot.

Our View:This was a nice breakout performance for Richardson who had been enduring his fair share of shooting struggles of late. However, next game he will likely have to face defense.

Jason Richardson is listed as questionable for tonight's game at the Lakers while nursing an ankle injury, according to the Sports Network.

Our View:He is averaging 25 points over his last three games, and hopefully he will be able to go tonight. He averages 19.3 points over 22 career meetings with the Lakers as well.

Jason Richardson has been suspended one game without pay by the Phoenix Suns, according to SI.com. That suspension results from his arrest for driving over 55 mph over the speed limit with his unrestrained 3-year-old son in the car.

Our View:In some states, this would be considered attempted manslaughter, but we're not sure what the laws are in Arizona or if the prosecution would seek out such a dramatic charge. Regardless, this was a foolish act that won't catch much sympathy, despite Richardson saying "I try to be the best father I can be and try to keep my kids out of harm's way."

Jason Richardson has been charged with reckless driving in Scottsdale, according to the Associated Press. He was reportedly driving 55-mph above the speed limit with his unrestrained three-year-old son in the car.

Our View:Richardson was arrested and charges with reckless driving, excessive speeding and failure to use a child seat. He was released from jail after a few hours.

Our View:Richardson had struggled badly throughout the second half of January, but he has strung together two very good games to start off February. Given Richardson's consistency in his career we would like to think that January was an aberration.

Our View:Richardson has been alternating single-point performances, with some good games, but his inconsistency has to be driving his owners crazy.

Our View:Richardson was charged with DUI after being stopped Monday for going 65 mph in a 55 mph zone.

Our View:It's unclear how this will affect Richardson as far as the NBA goes, but Carmelo Anthony was suspended for two games for a DUI to start this season, so a suspension wouldn't be too surprising.
