Our View:
Moscoso did not see any action in the Rangers' pen since being recalled Tuesday, and he held no fantasy value.

Our View:
The 25-year-old reliever holds a 4.32 ERA and 1.80 WHIP over 8.1 innings with Texas this season. He does not garner fantasy attention as of now.

Guillermo Moscoso has been optioned back to Triple-A Oklahoma City, according to the Miami Herald. The team recalled pitcher Warner Madrigal to join the team's bullpen in a corresponding move.
Our View:
Moscoso was recalled by the team two day ago, and he made two appearances during his short stint with the team. He allowed three runs (two earned) in his 4.1 innings pitched, so it looks like he may be better off in the minors.

MLBlogs.com is reporting that the Rangers have recalled pitcher Guillermo Moscoso from Triple-A Oklahoma City. In a corresponding move, the team optioned Willie Eyre back to the minors.
Our View:
Moscoso has been working as a starter in the minors, but the Rangers plan to use him as a long reliever. He should help out with the depth in the pen, but he doesn't figure to be a fantasy contributor this season.

The Fort Worth Star-Telegram is reporting that the Rangers have optioned pitcher Guillermo Moscoso to Triple-A Oklahoma City. This move was made to make room for the activation of closer Frank Francisco.
Our View:
Moscoso has been back and forth between the majors and minors several times this season, so no big shocker here. He will have no fantasy value until he can stay on the ML roster, and even then his value will be limited.

Our View:
Moscoso has only one major inning under his belt, so the fantasy jury is firmly out on him. Wait until he gets more service time before considering him for any kind of a roster spot. It is highly unlikely he will be of any fantasy value in 2009.

Our View:
Thanks for coming Guillermo. Moscoso made his major league debut on Saturday and pitched a scoreless inning, but that's all the cup of coffee he gets for now. Expect him back up at some point this season, but he will have no fantasy value.

Our View:
Moscoso will head to the bullpen and is apparently game ready. He could appear in the second game of the Rangers' doubleheader on Friday.
