A.J. Ellis has been optioned to Triple-A Albuquerque by the Dodgers, according to the Los Angeles Daily News. Hiroki Kuroda was activated from the 15-day DL as the adjoining move.

Our View:

The 28-year-old catcher did not see any at-bats during his short stint with the Dodgers, and holds no fantasy value as organizational depth.

According to MLB.com, the Dodgers have recalled catcher A.J. Ellis from Triple-A Albuquerque to take the place of the injured Will Ohman.

Our View:

Ellis does not have any fantasy value, and he is expected to only be with the team until Hiroki Kuroda returns next week. Ellis should not spend any time on fantasy rosters this season.
