Our View:
Allen is the team's top prospect, but is hitting just .243 on the season. He won't hold any fantasy value this season, but could be a nice sleeper in next year's draft.

Allen was batting just .167 coming into tonight's game, and likely won't be fantasy relevant until next season.

Our View:
Allen was acquired from the White Sox last month in exchange for reliever Tony Pena. He was batting .324 in 38 games since being acquired from Chicago. He's someone to keep an eye on in NL-only leagues.

First baseman Brandon Allen has been traded from Chicago to Arizona in exchange for 27-year-old reliever Tony Pena, according to the D-BacksInsider twitter page.
Our View:
Allen is a power-hitting prospect, and clubbed 84 homers over six years in the minors. He was viewed as a future replacement for Paul Konerko, but that is no longer the case.
