The Detroit News is reporting that the Tigers plan to recall reliever Freddy Dolsi from Triple-A Toledo before Tuesday's game to take the spot of Ryan Perry, who was sent down on Sunday. Dolsi has a 2-2 record in Triple-A this season with a 4.35 ERA in 24 appearances.
Our View:
No fantasy impact here, as Dolsi should have no value as a middle reliever. He was decent last season in Detroit's bullpen, but his minor league numbers up to this point aren't overly impressive. No need to give him any consideration at this point.

The Detroit Tigers optioned the contract of righthander Freddy Dolsi to their Triple-A affiliate in Toledo, according to the Associated Press.
Our View:
The 26-year-old Dolsi pitched only an inning and two-thirds last season and posted a 5.40 ERA. He may be called up by the end of the 2009 season, but will hold limited fantasy value.
