The Minnesota Twins have removed infielder Matt Tolbert from their playoff roster due to his oblique injury, according to Fanhouse.com's Ed Price. Brian Buscher has been summoned to replace Tolbert on the roster.
Our View:
You hate to see anyone get hurt, especially in the postseason. Tolbert was replaced by Brenden Harris last night, and Harris figures to be in the lineup when the Twins try to stay alive against the Yanks in Game 3.

Matt Tolbert exited Friday's Game 2 of the ALDS in the sixth inning with a strained oblique.
Our View:
Tobert was replaced by Brendan Harris at third base, and Harris promptly tripled to give the Twins a 1-0 lead in his first at-bat. He will finish the remainder of the game and could see a start in Game 3 depending on the severity of Tolbert's injury.

Tolbert has very little power and holds a poor .177 average over 79 at-bats this season. He does not merit fantasy consideration for tonight.

Tolbert can play a variety of infield spots, and he will be a backup option at shortstop and second base. He won't have much fantasy value, even in AL-only formats.
