He's back with the big club solely to provide infield depth, and has no fantasy value in AL-only leagues.
Reid Brignac has been optioned to Triple-A Durham by the Rays, according to the Associated Press. Chad Bradford was activated from the 15-day DL as the adjoining move.
Brignac batted .254 over 63 at-bats with the Rays this season, with just one homer and one stolen base. He won't be missed in fantasy leagues while working on his skills in the minors.
Reid Brignac has been recalled from Triple-A Durham as Pat Burrell deals with a neck injury.
He batted .271 in 59 major league at-bats earlier this season, but will likely play sparingly this time around.

Brignac is one of the Rays' top prospects, and he will finally get a taste of the big leagues. He has no fantasy value a this point, but he is a guy to keep an eye on for the future.
