ESPN.com reports that pitcher Jorge Campillo was placed on the DL with shoulder tendinitis following Thursday's 6-2 loss to the Marlins. Manager Bobby Cox says the reliever has not been the same since starting two games for Mexico in the World Baseball Classic.

Jorge Campillo was rocked for three earned runs on five hits over two innings of work in Thursday's 8-7 win over the Astros, with two walks and one strikeout.
Campillo held a 1.24 WHIP over 158.2 innings in 2008, and is expected to earn a spot in the middle of the Braves' rotation, despite today's tough first outing of the preseason.
