Ryan Howard finally found his home run stroke in Game 6 of the World Series, but it was too late as the Phillies fell to the Yankees 7-3. Howard was 1-for-4 on the evening with a home run, a run scored, and two RBI. Howard also struck out for the 13th time in the World Series, setting a new record.
Other than Chase Utley, the Philly offense really struggled in this series. Howard was a strikeout machine after he killed the ball in the previous two series, and his homer tonight just wasn't enough to take this thing to Game 7.
