Aramis Ramirez went 1-for-4 with a single and an RBI in today's 12-3 loss to the Diamondbacks at Wrigley Field.
Our View:
The Cubs only mustered seven hits, and did not have many highlights. Ramirez collected his 65th RBI in a 2009 campaign that was spoiled by injuries.

Jeff Baker will take Ramirez's place at the hot corner tonight, but may see even more time there. This shoulder injury has plagued Aramis for a while and he may end up being shut down for the season.

Aramis Ramirez hit his first home run since September 5th on Wednesday, but the Cubs still got handled easily by the Brewers at home, losing 9-5.

A-Ram has just two home runs in September, but is actually having a very solid month, batting .320 with 12 RBI.

Aramis Ramirez went 3-for-3 with three RBI and two runs scored in Friday's 6-4 win over Cincinnati at Wrigley Field. All three of his knocks were singles.
Our View:
Ramirez raised his batting average to .315, and racked up seven RBI over his last five games.
