You may recall from my past writings that my day job keeps me traveling a bit throughout the year. Because I travel a bit on Delta, I enjoy some privileges, mainly a free upgrade to first class nearly every time I fly them. While it is a nice perk, it makes me hate flying coach even more on other airlines now that I have tasted the good life. Anyhow, one of my favorite free viewings on the personal TVs that some Delta planes have is Robert Wuhl's "Assume the Position" comedy show. You may remember Wuhl from his days in the Arli$$ series, or better yet, the pitching coach in Bull Durham (by the way, a sequel is coming!). Anyhow, on his series, there is a bit called "Real or No Real" where he introduces a factoid and lets the audience decide if it is real or not real. For example, there really is a Chef Boyardee and a Little Debbie (who worked as a ball girl for the Athletics in her youth). Anyhow, this season has showed us a lot of odd statistical performances that has to make one wonder - Real or No Real?Associate Editor
